Job Description:
This position is for a recent graduate passionate about using data to solve complex problems. As a Junior Data Scientist, you will apply statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world datasets, contributing to projects that impact our products and strategy. You will receive mentorship to grow your technical and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on all stages of a data science project: from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment insights.
• Build, evaluate, and interpret machine learning models under supervision.
• Communicate complex analytical results and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Write clean, reusable code in a collaborative environment using Git for version control.
• Conduct research to identify new data sources and analytical techniques.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field. Exceptional Bachelor’s graduates will be considered.
• Hands-on project experience with Python (scikit-learn, pandas) or R.
• Strong theoretical understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics.
• Experience with Git and collaborative coding practices.
• A portfolio of academic or personal data science projects is highly valued.
